I started Grandy Creek Solutions after years of working with credit unions as both a Vice President and consultant. Throughout that experience, I found accounting and finance teams are often expected to deliver better reporting, support strategic decisions, manage regulatory requirements, and improve financial performance — all while operating with limited resources.

Today, I work with credit unions on financial optimization projects, accounting and reporting improvements, forecasting, and fractional accounting and finance leadership.

My focus is simple: help credit unions improve performance, strengthen reporting, and gain clearer insight into their financial future.
